Creepy Haunted House

Hi everyone! It's me, Tonya! The nights and days are getting cooler and Fall is finally here!  Even though I'm not a big fan of cold weather I do love all the fun holidays that are coming up in the following months. I'm here to share a mini junk journal I created for the Robin's Nest using this month's featured Halloween Collection
I started out by cutting out one House Gift Card Holder which I cut from Pumpkin Head Cardstock (one of my favorites!) with the flap and four houses from the following, Camo Ghost GlitterHalloween Stripe GlitterOrange Bones and Spiderweb Glitter cardstocks without flaps and I punched holes with the Bind it All for the o wires. The house diecut with the flap I adhered the flaps for the "roof" down to create a pocket. I decorated with one of the Glitter Pumpkin die cuts, leaves punches, dew dropsdiamond dew dropsrub-on and various bits and pieces of cardstock and embellishments.  I cut a tag for the pocket from the Haunted House cardstock and added a pull out tab on the side. If you can't find the House diecut google house templates or you can freehand your own house.

This page is actually the packaging from the Ghost Little Friend. All I had to do was add some cardstock and a punch to the front and back of the packaging. :-)

I cut an old vintage page down and added the Halloween night rub-on to the page for instant spookiness.

The tag I added another rub-on down the side. Also I cut matts for the houses from the Purple Crackle Glitter cardstock and embossed with the Cuttlebug Demask folder.

I cut one of the Green Glitter Journaling cards in half to give me two spots to journal on. Behind the journaling card you can see the mini paperbag which I added another rub-on.

I created the pocket from a junk mail envelope. I sealed,  folded it slightly off center, inked the edges and cut the top end off to make a pocket, covered with cardstock both sides of the pocket and glued two sides of the of the smaller flap down to make another pocket. Now just add tags.

I created a little video for a view of the inside of the junk journal. :-)

Be sure to stop by the Robin's Nest and check out the Halloween Collection and if you have any questions  please let me know.
