Hello! I am happy to be back and sharing this little craft with you all today. I can't believe it's been yet another month since I last posted!
Today I have taken a simple kraft square box and covered, decorated and filled it to make it more fun and a lot less simple looking.
Here is what the finished treat box looks like.
Here is the simple kraft square box I started with. I think these boxes are so cute, but I wanted to make it more fun so that I could give a few of these to teachers and friends this Halloween.
And here is the box all done up cute and festive! I used just the plain orange side of the Glitter Orange Crackle cardstock to cover the box. I then cut a spiderweb out from the Glitter Black Spiderweb cardstock, and attached it to the bottom left corner. I stamped and embossed a red spider into the web. I also tied some bright polka dot ribbon around the box for a final touch.
Here are a few up close pictures of the cute red, embossed spider sitting in the web and also the little "boo" I stamped onto the clear window part of the treat box.
Here is one more look at the finished treat box. I really love how this turned out and I am excited to give these as little gifts this Halloween. Thanks for stopping by today! Until next time!
Happy Crafting,
Tara
