Marie-Christine with you today with some funny fish in my Art Journal. I used some beautiful red mini Dew Drops for the bubbles.
How to do
First, I made my background with green, turquoise and orange Distress Oxide.

And I used a mandala stencil on my page with red Distress Oxide.
Then, I adhered some masking tapes and papers.
I found some funny fish on Pinterest, I cut and adhered them.
I did some circles with white marker and added my title with some little letters stickers.
Here the result!
