Hi, everyone, Joan here with a layout to share today. On this page, my great-nephew Milo is sitting and playing in the fall leaves. Doesn't he look happy?
October's featured product is Fleur cardstock. The cardstock is just gorgeous and went really well with the other papers I used. I love the fall tones of this page!
I began my page with the Cathedral paper. Next, I cut a piece from the Fleur Honeycomb cardstock, a small strip from the Stripe Honeycomb (B side of the Honeycomb Fleur) and a strip from the Fleur Admiral Glitter Linen cardstock.
I also used papers and a tag from the Lodge Collection, which happens to be one of my favorite Robin's Nest lines! I used a small piece of the tree paper (the B side) to punch out a deer head and matted it onto brown glitter cardstock. After inking all the edges of the papers and cardstock with brown ink, I began assembling the page. I layered all the pieces and the photo.
Lastly, I added the girl rub ons. The colors worked so well with my page and so did the words and flowers.
This photo shows some of the papers and rub ons in more detail.
I loved using the Fleur cardstock with the Lodge line of papers! Try mixing different Robin's Nest collections - they go together wonderfully! Thanks for stopping by and have a crafty weekend!
