3 Little Owls

 Hi Everyone!
      I hope you are all having a wonderful summer!
We have been having a grand time visiting friends and family, so I thought it would be nice to make up some cute "Owl" Thank You cards!



Robins Nest supplies used:
Leopard Print glitter cardstock (on Sale 20% off!)
Classic Glittered cardstock - Black, Ocean, Peach and Moss.
Red Diamond Dew Drops
Purple Diamond Dew Drops
Fire and Ice Tear Drops
Hillside Mini Dews
Hyacinth Mini Dews
 

Color your leopard paper with some ink, wipe off excess with a tissue. Make a "owl" body template and trace onto the inked paper. Cut out.

 Place strips of some pretty washi tape onto scrap paper and punch out with a tab punch or one similar. Cut the punched washi tape in half and then at the diagonals as shown.  The two larger pieces become the owls wings. Glue these onto the underside of the owl. Use a 1" circle punch for the eyes with the Classic Glitter paper. Add these to the owl and then add glue as shown.

 Make a fun back ground with some other patterned washi tape and place your owl. Decorate the eyes with the mini dews, the beak with the tear dew and the feet with some diamonds. Accent with some doodles and keep for your self or give thanks to a friend.
