Hey Robins,
It's Karen here to show you how to make a boy's birthday party decoration. Using a balloon weight as the base will make this decoration suitable for a table centerpiece. Supplies: black, white, silver Dew Drops
1. Cut two large #7 from cardboard. Paint them with silver acrylic paint.
(TIP: Paint the second #7 backwards so that it can attach to the backside.)
2. Apply Washi Tape along the edge of the front #7.
4. Collect foam shapes and place them inside a piece of net.
5. Attach the #7 to a balloon weight. Then, adhere the net with the embellishments to the #7. Finally, adhere the second cardboard #7 to cover the backside.
6. Embellish the front of the #7 with the birthday boy's name, soccer balls, & Dew Drops.

3. Adhere silver Dew Drops along the edge of a black foam star.
