Sail Away With Me - Art Canvas

 Hello Crafty People!

Today's project is an Art Canvas Creation. It's so close to Christmas and currently 28 degrees here, in Maine, but I'm thinking about the Caribbean. Come sail away with me!

Supplies:

• Art Canvas and Dew Drops by Robin's Nest
• Indigo Ink - Ancient Page
• Pearl Turquoise Lumiere by Jaquard
• Lettuce alcohol ink - Ranger Ink
• Silver metallic paint pen - Pintar
• Bright yellow marker - Faber Castell
• misc: rubbing alcohol, adhesive, paint brush, mixing cup

Directions:

1. Use about 1 oz. of rubbing alcohol in the mixing cup. Add 2 drops of Indigo ink, blend and paint the sky.
2. Add 2 drops of Lettuce ink and quiate a lot of the Lumiere Pearl Turquoise until you get the desired color effect, blend and paint the water.
3. Paint the Ship's white areas with silver metallic paint pen.
4. Color the sail with bright yellow marker.
5. Glue Dew Drops along the top of the water for "waves" and one yellow mini Dew Drop for the fish. 

Easy Peasy!!  I wanted you to see the shimmer in the water.
