Hi everyone, Carole here with you today with my very first Robins Nest Design Team Layout.

Recently, Jessie, (my daughter) did a photo shoot at our local beach. The photos turned out so well I cant stop scrapping them! This was done in October and believe it or not she had a wet suit on under her dress and top! October is Autumn here in the UK, so it was a little chilly!

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

 

Step 1

Matt photo in black cardstock

Step 2

Matt again in pink paper, ink the edges

Step 3

Add canvas paper, ink edges

Step 4

Matt canvas paper with the pink paper, ink edges

 

Step 5

Add a border strip of black card down one side

Step 6

Add two banner strips, hand cut

Step 7

Add a large black border 2.5 x 8 inches

 

Step 8

Add pink doily, mini banner with gems and a  small silver double heart

 

Step 9

Add flowers, journaling and the title.

 

And there you have it, one layout in 9 easy steps.

 

HOW TO MAKE THE FLOWERS

 

Spray the flowers with water using a mini mister

 

Twist each petal using tweezers and allow to dry, add dew drops to centres.
