Fleur Frenzy

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today playing with some amazing Robin's Nest papers.  This month we are working with the Fleur Collection.  These papers come in lovely shades of orange, yellow, blue, purple and more.

Starting with green cardstock, I added Green Fleur cardstock on top.  Then I tore a section of the striped side and added it to the left side of the card.  I fussy cut a large area of the card which resembles a leaf, inked it with brown ink and matted it with green cardstock, before adding it to the card with foam adhesives for dimension.

I added a series of Piano Dew Drops along the center of the leaf.  A sentiment was stamped on white cardstock inked with brown ink and matted with green cardstock.  Several  Dark Vanilla Dew Drops were added to the sentiment.

Next, I created an easel card using the Honeycomb Fleur cardstock.

I created an assortment of layers from both sides of the cardstock, using the striped paper for the base of the card.

White cardstock was added between the layers and all layers were inked with brown ink before assembling.  Some twine was wrapped around the top panel and the sentiment was stamped in brown ink directly on the Honeycomb Fleur cardstock.    The striped paper can be seen just peeking out of the upper portion of the easel card.  A sentiment was stamped on white cardstock, inked with brown and matted on the Honeycomb Fleur cardstock.  Several Goldenberry Dew Drops were added around the card.

Thanks for stopping by today.

Steph
