Welcome, Little One

Hello again!  I can't believe it's been a month since I last shared with you all.  I am happy to be back and sharing this cute baby girl card.  Anyone who knows me, knows I have all boys, five that is!  We are actually expecting our first girl and last child this Nov. and I could not be more excited!! So I figure I should really start trying out girl themed things :)  Here is the beautiful card I created today...

For this card I used the Glitter Pink on Pink Swirl cardstock for my base cut to just the standard card size.  Then I used a die cut from the Brown Glitter Chipboard. I still had some little doilies from Gina's Designs and decided this gave my card the perfect elegance I was looking for. I sponged the edges of the doily brown and stamped, "Welcome, Little One", I also added some tiny rhinestones around it, then attached it to the chipboard with pop-up dots to add dimension.  I also added some white wispy ribbon for a final touch

Here is a nice close up, showing of the detail of the doily with the sponging and rhinestones.  The glitter chipboard and cardstock look so great altogether!
