Hello Friend starts with a Sizzix die which I used to cut the card from red cardstock. With the included dies, I die cut all the other elements from the Tulip Wheels Cardstock.
This paper is double sided so I was able to use both sides of the paper. I love double sided papers because the colors and patterns can often be used together to create fabulous results. The tulips were used on the outside panel and the striped paper was used on the inside panel.
Sentiments were added to both sides of the flip. I then added a few dew drops around the card.
The next card is an easel card using the same papers. Love the floral paper on the top of the easel and the striped paper for the base. The colors and the designs work so well together.
The image was colored to coordinate with the colors in the papers and May Arts ribbon was tied around the card. Spellbinders circle dies were cut from the Tulip paper and cardstock and the image was added with foam adhesives for dimension. Several dew drops were added for visual interest around the card.
Thanks for stopping by today
