It must be Love

Hi everyone, Steph here today.

This month we are working with the Robin's Nest Paris Collection.  This gorgeous collection can be used for so many different projects.  But I wanted to create around a "love" theme this month since June is the month for weddings and anniversaries.

I created a gate fold card from cardstock and used the Reindeer Stripe Glitter Cardstock as the card base, inside and out.  Then I cut the Calamity Jane Roses Glitter Cardstock for the top layers.  The papers work well together and the colors are absolutely gorgeous. 

To close the gate fold card, I used doilies from Gina's Designs, inking them lightly with brown ink  and adhering the largest to the left side of the card.  A smaller doily was added on top with foam adhesives for dimension.  The Robin's Nest Glittered Alphabet stickers were the perfect finishing touch - nice heavy quality stickers that can be repositioned if necessary without tearing!

 

This coordinating envelope fits the card and was embellished with the left over papers.  Another   doily was inked and placed on top and  a sentiment was stamped in the center.  Wouldn't this make a great anniversary card?
