Don't be afraid to give this a try. I really didn't have a pattern to work from. Although, I'm sure there are die cut methods available to make something similar. You really don't need more than one piece of 12X12 paper, some ribbon, felt, two brads, cardboard, a little cardstock and DEW DROPS.

Go ahead and personalize this when you know who you're giving it to, but make some ahead of time and you'll be all ready for your next arrival.
