Hi everyone, thanks for stopping by.
Steph here today and this month we are working with the Robin's Nest Spring Collection and images from Altered Pages with whom we are teaming up this month.
This lovely image is from Altered Pages and I dressed her up a bit by adding dew drops to the flowers in her hat. The ribbon is also from Altered Pages and was the perfect texture and color to add to this card.
This easel card is easy to create when you use your Scor-Pal.
Cut cardstock 5 1/2" x 11"
Score at 2 3/4" and 5 1/2"
The 2 3/4" score line acts as the easel.
Adhere a second layer of cardstock to the easel which was cut 5 1/2" x 5 1/2".
I used the Bunny Cardstock which is a double sided cardstock with bunnies on one side and stripes on the other. I used the stripes for the top layer and the bunnies for the bottom layer, cutting each piece 5" x 5" to allow the underlying cardstock to show.
The abstract paper layer is the reverse side of the Green Butterflies Glitter Cardstock. I thought it coordinated quite well with the Altered Pages image. This piece was cut 4" x 4" and then matted with red cardstock.
Hey, be sure to mark your calendars for our March 31 blog hop.
Thanks for stopping by today.
