Decorated School Note Book

 Hi Everyone! Michelle here with a easy idea you can do with a inexpensive school supply and some Robins Nest product!
Here I made this into a Summer journal, but you can personalize it for school or even work!

 To get started you will need:
1 composition book
Black Glitter Swirl on White  (on Sale now all month!)
Red Glittered Journal Tag
Obsidian Diamond Dew Drops
Doily die-cut  from Gina's Designs
Cherry and Teal Color Shine by  Heidi Swapp
Krylon Gold Leafing pen
Gold Washi Tape
Paper plate, protected work surface,sponge, paper towels or napkins, scissors, adhesive.

 Place your doily shape onto a paper plate and cover with the cherry red color.  Doily will be wet with color so place it between 2 sheets of paper napkins. Press down to absorb the extra color.
When the doily is dry enough to handle, cut it into 4 equal pie shapes.
Accent the lattice design of the doily with the gold leaf pen.

 Next trace the notebook onto the Black Glitter Swirl paper. Cut out and spritz surface with the Teal color shine. Dab any extra ink with a sponge.

 When the paper is dry to touch, glue to the cover of your notebook. Then add strips of the gold washi tape all around.

Next place the doilies at the corner with some glue and round cut the corners. Add your Diamond Dew Drops to the corners, place your journal tag in the center and get ready to write!
