How to Add Magic to Your Christmas Crafts with Dew Drops

Hello and welcome!  Shelly with you today from sweltering Southern California.  And while the weather is decidedly still summer-like here, my mind is already swirling like a snow globe with thoughts of Christmas!

I am sharing a page from my "Christmas Traditions" album - all the things we do year after year.... some pages won't even be dated (like this one).  It's funny how I didn't even realize I had traditions until the same photos showed up year after year....

And while my page was good like this:

When I added the Christmas Mix Dew Drops, it just "finished" the page! The pre-made color mixes from The Robins Nest make adding the "WOW FACTOR" to your pages a cinch.

Embellie Gellie and Best Glue Ever are the perfect tools to adhere Dew Drops!

Thanks for stopping by the blog today - have a creative week!

Playing with pink

Hi there, creative friends!!

Here is Elisa from Italy and today I'm here with my new project with dew drops... The layout "Simply me" that, of course, tell something about me.

I would like to speak you about how you can play with dew drops in monochromatic project...
For this LO I choose the pink dew drop.
But if you don't like pink, don't worry!! You can play with vivid or translucent colors also in other tones.

So I played with different gradations of pink dew drops... And I also choose other element to play with: tulle, distress oxide spun sugar, other inks (making first, second and third generations stamps).
No other color. Only black, white, gray and pink.

Of corse I choose a pictures with strong pink element and a really bright background. And of course a smile on my lips... Becouse, as I told you, it's simply me!!!

Dew drops:

Hope you enjoy this project!!

Till next time!

Elisa

Spooktacular Scrap Art!

Hello everyone! Jenn here today sharing some fun Halloween decor created from scraps, paper and of course the amazing Dew Drops and Diamond Drops from The Robin's Nest!!
The Dew Drops and Diamond Drops used

As adorable as these are they were also very simple to create. Have any scrap cardboard laying around? Take that, Some Halloween themed papers, and of course Dew Drops, add some ribbon and there you have it. This would be a super fun and easy project to do with the kids too!

Cut cardboard into squares to fit the paper. Glue the paper to the cardboard and let dry. Use a distressing tool around all of the edges to scratch up and file down the paper for a scruffy look. Add a border using Dew Drops and Diamond Dew drops. Punch holes in the top and tie festive ribbon to create a hanger!

Dew Drops are an amazing embellishment that can enhance any project!

Thanks so much for visiting the blog and viewing my post today! I hope that you are inspired to grab your supplies and create something beautiful too!

Autumn Leaves with Dew Drops

Hola saleros@s!!:
Hello "saleros@s"!:

Autumn has come and the leaves begin to fall from the trees...
It's a nice station because of the colors it leaves us.

He querido reflejar estos tonos en mi proyecto de este mes  para  The Robin´s Nest.
I wanted to reflect these tones on my project this month for The Robin´s Nest.

I leave you with the step by step hoping you like the result!

Vamos con los materiales:
 Let's go with the materials:
 Large Clear Dew Drops
Cardboard

We cut two sizes of tags: one smaller than another. And rip the edges with the scissors. We inked the edges. We make the hole for the tapes. We glued one on the other.

Entintamos los diecuts.
We inked the die cuts.

We stick them with the silicone gun to our liking.

Usamos nuestros sellos para escribir el mensaje.
We use our stamps to write the message.

We add the dew drops to a dew-like mode, giving a touch of light throughout the tag.

Añadimos las cintas.
We add the tapes.

Y ya lo tenemos terminado!!
And we have finished!!
