Design Stencil
Heat Tool
"Pick Up" Tool
Robin's Nest Dew Drops

To begin my project, I used Faber-Castell Gelato's & a stencil, to create a background to coordinate with the design of the scripture phrase cardstock I chose.

I used a "wet" technique to blend background colors, and then a rubbing technique using a chevron stencil for the design.

I then used ScraPerfect's Best Glue Ever to adhere solid color cardstock as a matte to the center of my canvas, followed by mounting the inspirational phrase cardstock with foam squares, and attaching to the matte.

I chose a feather stamped image, and used embossing ink and embossing powder to create feathers to use as an embellishments on the canvas.

Again using Best Glue Ever to attach each to the canvas.

To place the Dew Drops, I added a few small dollops of Best Glue Ever, using the No-Clog Writing Cap from ScraPerfect, as well as the Embellie Gellie to easily place the Dew Drops in place.

The Dew Drops were the perfect embellishments for this canvas, adding just the right element, without it being to much.

I used Dew Drops from the Water & Easter Collections.
