Hello "saleros@s"!:

Begins the month of September, lower the temperatures here, the autumn approaches and want to start using softer colors...

I wanted to make a giant tag (15 x 9cms) in shades of pink and crafts.
And to give you touches of volume and brightness I used:

Recortamos 2 tags de 15 x 9 cms: el de kraft  un poco más grande que el otro. Y el de papel decorado: con la mano.
We cut 2 tags of 15 x 9 CMS: The Kraft a little bigger than the other. And the decorated paper: by hand.

We inked the edges and stained the interior with different shades of distress.

We glued it all together with the hot silicone gun and started to give a touch of light with the Dew Drops.

Say Thank You with Dew Drops

Hello everyone,

Welcome to another blog post. Today I will share with you a simple Thank You Card that you can make with just a few supplies. Of course, I have used Dew Drops to embellish my card. They are just so versatile!

The supplies I used in this project are;
Mixed media paper
Dylusions Ink Spray
Water soluble markers
Rubber stamp
Spray bottle
Glitter
Glue

Let's get started.

Color your rubber stamp with the water based markers. Give a light spritz of water and then stamp the image onto your paper. Allow to dry.

Glue the dew drops on the buds and then sprinkle with glitter.

Remove excess glitter and allow to dry.

Once it is dry, spray with any ink spray you may have and wipe off the dew drops. I used Dylusions Ink Spray in Pure Sunshine.

Stamp your sentiment onto a piece of paper and cut it out. Dab around the edges with black ink and then glue it in place.

Next, mount it on a piece of cardstock and attach to you card.

I do hope you enjoyed this tutorial. Thanks for stopping by.

Happy Crafting!
Suzette

Pinocchio

Hi there creative friends!!

This is a special scene, when Pinocchio wants to be a good boy and goes to school...
But... Do you think that he arrived at school???

Dew drops are perfect as balls for the abacus and the diamonds on the upper right corner remember us the colors of  Pinocchio's suit..

Would you like to see the processing video?? Here is it!

And now some pictures about details:

These are the dew drops I used in this project.. I love them all!!!!

Trinket Box Redew

Hello everyone! Jenn here today sharing a little "redew" project using the amazing Dew Drops from The Robin's Nest!!
This plain balsa wood trinket box has been in my stash forever and when I found it, I thought this would make for a great project!
I used the black Dew Drops in the following:
Black/White/Silver Dew Drops
 Additional Supplies:
Small wooden box with a lid
Pink acrylic paint (you can use any color)
DecoArt Pearlizing Medium
Black Lace with adhesive
Strong clear glue
Flowers
Sentiment Stickers

Start by painting the entire box and lid in acrylic paint. Allow this to completely dry.

Next, apply the Pearlizing Medium. This adds a beautiful sheen to the pink paint.

Add the lace adhesive tape around the lid and bottom of the box.

Add the black Dew Drops to the top of the lid. Try to evenly space these apart for the best look.

Finally, Add an assortment of flowers and a sentiment sticker to the top.

Dew Drops are an amazing embellishment that can enhance any project!

Thanks so much for visiting the blog and viewing my post today! I hope that you are inspired to grab your supplies and create something beautiful too!

A sea tag with Dew Drops

Hello,

Marie-Christine with you today with a sea tag and beautiful Dew Drops.
It is a very hot summer in France this year, too too hot for me, I need some fresh air and put my feet in the sea with the fish!!! So, it will be me on the tag, LOL!!!

This is my tag

How to do

I started to cut my tag in a watercolour paper and I used some yellow Distress Oxyde Ink for my background.

Then, with a stencil I added some grey Distress Oxyde Ink on my yellow background.

I sprayed some blue inks on the tag.

I found some vintage images on Pinterest. I stuck them with blue and green Dew Drops around the fish.

I put a line of white pencil around the tag and stuck my title that I printed before.

Do you like this funny summer tag?

How to Beautifully Store, Display and Protect Your Makeup Brushes

Hello and welcome to the blog. Today I am sharing an amazing storage solution to display and protect your makeup brushes - and we are going to make it beautiful using Dew Drops.

What I used:

Acrylic Box 4 x 4 x 7-1/2" (Container Store - under $3.00)
Pearl Table Scatters (Wedding section of big box craft store)
Dew Drops
Mini Dew Drops
Diamond Dew Drops
>Optional (but makes this project easier!)
Embellie Gellie
Best Glue Ever

This is such an easy project - but what a much needed storage solution it is!

  • Pour your pearls (I used 2 bags - they also have diamond scatters which would work well, too!) into box - should be at least half full to securely hold your brushes.

And that's all there is to creating this beautiful storage solution!

Thanks for stopping by - have a creative week!

Shelly
