How To Make A Simple Greeting Card

Hello everyone, Michelle here with you to share a very simple way to create a greeting cards with dimensional layers & stamped image.

I chose to use Robin's Nest's two-sided Daisy Stripe Teal Cardstock using both sides, for the design of this card.

The card base is a 4x4 square parchment heavy stock, adding to the card front, I cut the RN cardstock slightly smaller then the card front, and attached this first layer flush, stripe side up, using double sided tape.

I then cut a 2-1/2 inch strip, added double sided dimensional squares, applying this layer daisy side up, and centering it on the card.

I coordinated the color of pale yellow and teal solid yardstick, cut shapes and borders with way die cut machine, layering the yellow border on top of the teal layer border,
finishing this side of the card with layered circles in the same solid cardstock. For the salutation, I kept it simple with greeting "HI" using Robin's Nest Alpha Glitter Stickers in White.

I also used Blue Dew Drops, selected from RN Riverside Mini Dew Dew drops, added throughout the design, and glued with ScraPerfect's Best Glue Ever.

To finish the card face, I added a stamped image,  stamped using ScraPerfect's Perfect Crafting Pouch for a more crisp image, and colored with colored pencils, adhered with double sided dimensional squares. I also added a trio of flowers, and gold fiber strands.

A simple greeting card, to send to a friend, just to say "HI".

Thank you for visiting Chattering Robin's today.
