A Little Steampunk Colored Christmas
Winter Retreat Glitter Swirl paper from The Robin's Nest. The copper colored glittered snowflakes just pop against the swirls. I am quickly becoming a fan of Steampunk especially the colors often seen in it. This paper was the perfect backing for this almost Steampunk looking tree that I had created using one of my favorite embossing folders and a little copper metallic watercolor paint. Oh and the card stock is fantastic! It's a heavier weight which makes the card look so professional and yet is so easy to use. I added a little ribbon and some Winter Retreat Dew Drops and this card was ready to give to any fan of Steampunk.
I love making new things and inspiring others to create them, too. . I’ve been creating since I was young, but became really serious about my creating in 2007 and in 2008 joined my first design team. I have enjoyed being on several teams since then. The winter of 2012, I had 4 projects on display at CHA with 2 different design teams I was on. I am always striving to learn new things or find different ways of creating things and sharing them with others. I have designed stamps, a chip board album and matching chipboard pieces for Sin City Stamps.
